All our administrative services are offered outside the scope of monthly accounting retainers. They are billed on an a-la-carte basis per procedure or at a pre-agreed hourly rate. This ensures you pay only when you actually perform corporate or administrative changes.

Comprehensive legal and administrative support to register a new company (Ltd. / OOD / EOOD) in Bulgaria for residents and non-residents. Drafting documents, escrow account setup, and Commercial Register filings.
Filing modifications such as changes to the company name, registered office address, appointing or replacing managers, transferring shares, and capital changes.
Submitting and registering the Annual Financial Report (GFO) with the Commercial Register as required by Bulgarian law (including declarations for dormant companies).
Drafting and preparing payments and bank transfers in the client’s online banking portal (which are subsequently authorized and signed personally by the manager).
Preparing and issuing monthly sales invoices to your clients from your name via billing software based on provided data.
Applying for and retrieving official certificates of no tax liabilities (under Art. 87 of TOCP) from the NRA.
Drafting internal anti-money laundering rules and risk assessments as required by regulatory authorities.
Assisting in obtaining personal identification codes from the NRA and NSSI for secure electronic access via power of attorney.
